It has been doing well in the Amazon bestseller rankings, reaching the top 300 for all Kindle books and for a few heady days peaking at No 5 in English Crime. Hi Dear Readers, I hope all of you have survived the recent heat waves in reasonably good shape. Here on the east coast of England we have been less severely affected than many, but even we have seen unprecedented temperatures in the mid thirties.
